Authentic, warm, and caring, Dolly brings over 25 years of experience in Corporate Image Consulting, Executive Coaching, and training. She also has a proven background in Team Growth , Leadership Growth, and group facilitation, working both one-on-one and with teams across corporate and NGO sectors.
Dolly offers tailored training, coaching, and facilitation to international franchises and local businesses in Mauritius. Her people-focused approach, combined with clear strategies, helps clients engage employees, strengthen teams, and achieve meaningful results.
Dolly works with clients in education, finance, NGOs, fashion, entrepreneurship, and congregations. She tailors her coaching to meet each client’s needs, helping to build strong leadership and teams. She also supports HR with employee engagement and implementation.
Internationally, Dolly has been a member of the Association of Professional Image Consultants of South Africa (APICSA) since 2004. She has worked with Duke Corporate Education (DCE) in South Africa and supported different clients and congregations posted across the Isles of Madagascar, Reunion, and Mauritius. Dolly also offers coaching to international clients online.
