Dolly is a catalyst who coaches and facilitates TRANSFORMATIONAL CHANGE through her experience as an executive coach and personal image branding strategist. She demonstrates respect and deep understanding of people’s hearts and purpose. She WHOLEHEARTEDLY empowers them to elevate and bring to light their inner self, connecting with those broken hearted and lost souls.

With more than 25 years experience of connecting with individuals and professionals, she has partnered with them on their journey to discovering their essence of life; playing a key role in positively positioning their brand; refining their personal and professional life direction and priorities.
Dolly has over 16 years of Corporate Image Consulting, Life and Executive Coaching, 25 years of training experience. She has extensive experience with Corporate Image Consulting, Executive Coaching, Team Empowerment/Coaching and facilitation, Leadership Growth both on a one to one with individuals and with groups, very much involved with the corporate world and ONG.
She is the founder and Managing Director of Blooming Concept Ltd.
Dolly currently provides specialised training, coaching and facilitation approaches and solutions to different international franchises based locally as well as assisting different entrepreneurs and or large firms based in Mauritius. Her people oriented approach and soft skills, with defined strategies to empower, uplift, enhance to reach the desired goals and outcome, is her competitive edge and uniqueness. She strives her best to serve, nurture and bring solutions to the Employee Engagement Processes of her clients and supports the HR departments in the implementation.
Her clientele is found in different sectors: education, finance, ONG, fashion and entrepreneurial. Companies in these different sectors have experienced various approaches so as to empower and uplift their leadership and team. Each consulting approach and deliverable is customised and depends upon various clients’ specific needs and she makes sure to journey and empower the clients to achieve the required results. She strives her best to serve, nurture and bring solutions to the Employee Engagement Processes of her clients and supports the HR departments in the implementation.
On an International level, Dolly is part of the APICSA (Association of Professional Image Consultant of South Africa) since 2004. She was officially onboard as an Educator for the DCE (Duke Corporate Education, South Africa). She journeys and develops coaching approaches to her international clients online.
Dolly is a holder of a Diploma in Corporate and Executive Coaching (UK), Corporate Image Consulting (SA), and a Univertisy Certificate in Pastoral Theology from Catholic University of Louvain, Louvain la Neuve, Belgium
